yoga mentorship programme

are you ready for your deep dive?

This is a unique opportunity for yoga teachers who are keen to enhance and expand their yoga teaching skills and career under the personalised guidance of Kathy Gabriel.

Kathy is a Singapore-based yoga and meditation teacher whose practice and teaching is intuitively drawn from various traditions with the strongest foundation in Hatha Yoga. As a trained sound therapist, Kathy's beliefs and teachings are grounded in the study of energy medicine.

Kathy runs a local Collective and leads monthly yoga retreats across Asia. Through her Collective, Kathy works closely with newly graduated yoga teachers to help them find their voice and retain the authenticity of their teachings. Her intention as a mentor is to be part of your conversation and help guide you on your journey to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and your audience.

This is a 50+ hour intensive programme taking place over the course of 3 months, designed to close the gap between the initial 200-hr teacher training course and the realities of a career in the industry.During your stint, you will receive one-on-one personalised coaching with Kathy to help you develop both personally and professionally. Through in-depth study of the practice, sharpening your teaching skills and imparting valuable business tips, this programme will empower you to connect with your most authentic voice and help you transition smoothly into your new path.**

** NOTE – The Mentorship Program is available for all new teachers in Singapore as well as globally. A registration form must be completed before approval and acceptance into the programme. The programme itself can be tailored to suit each individual, however a minimum 3 month commitment is required.

This is open to anyone who has completed a 200hr yoga teacher training programme or an equivalent.
